☆I do not currently accept commercial use commissions!Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
。Art/graphics made for reselling purposes (Etsy, Redbubble, local redistribution, etc.)

。Advertisements☆I only accept channel mascot/personas for commercial use and require credit to be given wherever my art is used.

Deadlines
☆If there is a specific date you need your piece(s) by, tell me during our consultation. Otherwise, all artwork will be completed anywhere from a few days to a couple months (this is for more detailed works).
。Please choose reasonable due dates, if I do not feel I can complete your works within the desired amount of time I will tell you as much
。I will send updates on your work(s) as progress is made through your choice of communication
。Please note, the more changes that are requested will result in a longer wait time for completion and may result in additional charges.

Payment & Refunds
☆No refunds after first draft is approved
。If refund is needed prior to this, contact me immediately and I will send your money back asap so long as too much progress hasn't been made
。Full payment is required up front after I accept the commission. If payments need to be made in separate amounts, tell me and we will discuss options.

Edits & Revisions
☆Edits/revisions may be made to an extent (will vary depending on the complexity of the piece) and may result in an additional charge if necessary.
。This charge can range depending on the complexity of the alteration/where in the drawing process I currently am
。Once the illustration is complete, no more changes may be made

Copyright/Permissions
☆My work may NOT be used for NFT's or AI training. Period.
。You may use my art as a profile image or a banner for your account with credit given in description.
。My art may be posted on your personal accounts with credit given and my watermark must be visible in the image
。The commission may be turned into personal merchandise for yourself so long as it is not for the purpose of reselling the art in any way. Commercial use of my work is not permitted.
。You are not allowed to trace, claim, edit, copy, modify my artworks for any purpose without my consent.
。I have the right to post your final commission to any of my social media accounts. If you do not want the final piece to be shared online publicly please specify during consultation. I understand the want for privacy so it's not an issue :)

By commissioning me, you have hereby agreed to these terms and conditions. If at any point the terms are broken, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and am not obligated to work any further with you.
